It helps at multiple functionalities in recruitment process like entering candidate's requirement, capturing candidate's information including resume upload, interview scheduling, assigning candidates to the scheduled interviews, sending system generated automated mail to candidates and interviewer to inform date and time and capturing candidate's feedback from interviewer.Responsibilities undertaken:Identifying Requirement and Analyses of the requirement.Preparing Screen Design, Functional Specification and System Specification Document.Database Design and development.Preparing Project Plan and regular review of development.

SKS MIS is a web based enterprise oriented platform which runs & manages the day-to-day operations (E.g.: Accounting, Management Information System, Loans Tracker, Micro insurance, Manpower planning) of Microfinance institutions providing end-to-end solution for tracking the loans from the lenders (Banks, donors etc.) to the clients (small loan customers), loan repayments from the clients, insurance offering and a linked accounting system. This incorporates strong reporting capabilities to include 100+ reports including operational, management and performance monitoring.Responsibilities undertaken:Interacting with client for Requirement Gathering.Analyzing requirement and creating a templates.Analyzing Calculation Part for different product cycles.Working on Accounts Module, Operation Module.Involved in reviewing the work in terms of code and database SPs developed by teamDesigning database and creating database.Handling VSS 6.0 and 2005.Involve in Accounts Migration activity for clients branch data from Access to SQL.Involve in Client Training and Demo's.Involve in UAT Sign off.
