Monitoring Road Safety with average 120 Outbound fleets movements per Day.Handling of EXIM Operations with Import & Export Logistical Operations (on an average of 4800 Containers per Annum.Coordination’s with different Shipping lines, CHA & Forwarders, CONCOR & ICD Operations, including Dry Port.Finished Goods Warehouse Management with Domestic and Overseas Dispatch operations.Container’s Stuffing operations with Proper Lashing techniques to avoid transit loss.Leading the functions for S&OP and Weekly Handshake Planning meeting with Sales & Process team to maintain Production Reliability & OTIF.Following SOP & control practices and Training to team.Identification of Hazards and Risk assessment of the sites and maintaining Safety culture with Safe behavior across functions (Target-Zero LTI).
