EXPIRENCE: I have more then 23 years of experience in the Food and beverage Production Department at restaurants and self owned organizations in and around UK and India.I started my career as a sous chef in January 1988 at Coconut Grove Restaurant, Ashok Road, New Delhi, 110 001. In September 1991 I was a senior chef, Kerala House (Goveernment Sector), 3 Jantar Mantar Road, New Delhi-110 001. In August 1995 I started to work as a head chef in the Coconut Grove restaurant, PO Box: 26847, Dubai Plaza Hotel, UAE, in February 1998 I started work as a head chef on Rasa restaurants group, 10, 5 Charotte street, London W1P 1HD, in April 2003 I the started to work as a executive chef(owner) of Kera Restaurant, 10 Brighton Road, Purly, CR8 3AA, later on in February 2005 I worked as an executive chef in Swayam Ruchi, 2 Battersea Rice, London SW11 1ED and starting from 2006 I have been a sous chef in La Pirte Des Indes, 32 Bryanston Street, London, W1H 7EG this is also my current job. I worked for the president of India Dr Shankar Dayal Sharma for three years serving for special occasions in rashtrapati bhavan. In New Delhi
