My background includes managing, reporting and establishing of MIS structurally as well as its rolling out. I have handled three major platforms during my current stint at PRADAN (It is a reputed national level Developmental organisation) which includes web based, MS office based and Android based platforms. I had this unique opportunity to deal with the field based as well as in house set of processes to build crucial linkages in MIS that synchronizes various levels of data collection as well as analysis and usage. My responsibilities included handling inputs from the field based teams as well as support the designing process of data collection for over 1.6 Lacs families, I also imparted systemized trainings to various people who are engaged at fields to capture and collect information in over 6 categories/themes of work where we are working. I was into monitoring and reviewing progress of the MIS system usage at different levels (project based as well as institutional MIS) during my last couple of year’s role in the organisation.Previously I worked with Dph Software Pvt. ltd. Since Nov-10 to Nov-12. It is Delhi based IT company. During the tenure, I learnt to manage work with various departments like Government; Private and Local people on the census project 2011. Also, I learnt how to manage the project and how to complete the project on time. During the Census project I managed 3 Data Centers based at Patna, Ranchi and Dehradun and handled more than 500 peoples.So far I have consistently and successfully met my responsibilities and importantly I enjoyed thoroughly all challenging roles and testing situations that came by. I also bring to the table strong computer proficiencies in MS Word, MS Excel, Tableau, Power BI and IT operations/EDP/Production/MIS. In addition to this experience, I gained considerable skills to engage with the cadre at block & village level. It helped me grow both professionally as well as personally.
