*Offshore wind projects- Topside substation floor handling (Lifting and transport)- Performs linear and non linear analysis- Aux steel design while handling of Topside during lifting and transport.- Transition piece handling (Aux steel design with analysis)- Topside jacket handling (modelling and analysis)*Onshore Connection design projects- Shear connections- Moment connections- Brace connections - Haunch connectionsTask and responsibilities :- To support for handling the offshore transition piece, substation and jacket by analysis the conditions of lifting, upending and transport.- To coordinate with drawing office and yard team related to aux steel designs- To design the spreader beam and aid steels for handlings- To analyse the primary members within deformation and does not exceed the capacity using SCIA engineer.- Sea transport calculations.- Lifting and Upending calculations.- Local road transport analysis.- Jig and walkway calculations- Analyse the parts In-place , Load-in and load-out conditions.- Temporary steel calculations using SCIA engineer and Idea statica.- make the autocad drawings for all handling plans and also required aux steel connection details using eurocodes.

Tasks and Responsibilities• Study the structural and Architectural drawings and ensures the job requirements and job specifications.• Provide maximum support to Team lead to meet the client requirements and complete the calculation package as per scheduled date. • Raising RFI's to client , if any informations was missing in structural drawings.• Design the shear connections, miscellaneous and truss connections using Mathcad, AutoCAD and Microsoft excel softwares. • Create and develop the connection design templates to improve the work efficiency and avoiding the errors. • Provide assistance to Project engineers, Team leads and steel detailers on queries about calculations, codes, detailing informations and standard procedures.• Review the shop drawings done by steel detailers to ensure connection capacities before fabrication.• Proper Communication and coordination with Project managers ,Team lead, Design engineers and Steel detailers to ensure actual requirements of the project.

Tasks and Responsibilities• Reviews structural and Architectural drawings and make the project specifications as per fabricator standards.• Collecting the datas involving beam/column/brace profiles, Configurations, Loads acting on it etc. for connection design calculation purposes. • Design the simple shear connections such as beam connections, column connections and bracing connections using Mathcad, AutoCAD and Microsoft excel softwares. • Assist to mark the connection numbers in engineering drawings for easily identifing the connections at particularly node by steel detailers.• Provide assistance to Project engineers, Team leads and steel detailers on queries about calculations, codes, detailing informations and standard procedures.• Assist and perform the particular purpose assigned by Project engineer /Manager• Compile, Review and Submit the calculation package with mapping drawings to Engineer of record (EOR) thereby verifying the connection capacities of structural steels.
