Responsibilities & Achievements:• Managing, supervising and ensuring smooth functioning of Accounts & Finance of Group Company and its sister-concerns• Established cordial relationships with various agencies like banks, Audit firms, Insurance Companies etc and obtained timely services from such agencies for the benefit of the company• Supervising the accounts of Chairman’s investments in Mauritius• Reporting directly to: The Chairman

Supervising and administering a team of staff appointed specially for the operation of A/c Low Floor Buses procured under the scheme of JnNURM set up by the Government of India.1. Monitoring of Capital contributions from Government of India/ State Government & KSRTC2. Monitoring the expenditure incurred for (i) Publication of matter in Media, website etc.(ii) Insurance, AMC, Registration etc3. Liaison with various Government Authorities.4. Maintenance of Accounting & Financial Records with regard to the operation of the Low Floor Buses.5. Preparation, Maintenance and periodic presentation of MIS Reports to the Executive Director.6. Formation and execution of strategies for increasing the revenue Assisting thin co-ordination with the Executive Director (Operations).7. Attend to all financial matters in consultation with appropriate authorities.

Areas which are coming under direct control were:1. Assisting the Financial Controller for timely preparation of Monthly/ Quarterly/ Half yearly/ Annual Financial Statements2. Periodic Provisioning & Preparation of various Schedules relating to Final Accounts3. Preparation of Daily Cash Flow Statements.4. Preparation & Maintenance of MIS Reports relating to on-going projects.5. Opening of LC, Bank Guarantees etc6. Liaison with Bank Officials with regard to Renewal/ Enhancement of Bank Facilities and with regard to Routine Transactions7. Supervising Bank/Cash receipts & Payments8. Supervision of Bank Reconciliation9. Supervision of Payroll processing10. Liaison with Auditors
