Main responsibilities - Preparation of monthly financials - Preparation and presentation of various monthly operational reports, - Perform accounts payables, setting up supplier accounts, receiving goods and verifying documents- Process domestic and foreign supplier payments - Perform month end reconciliations - Perform payroll functions - Lodging and making payments for superannuation and payroll taxes - Perform all bookkeeping functions, month end journal entries and reconciliations- Preparation and lodgement of IAS & BAS- Liaising with banks and other financial institutions on financial matters.- Inventory & Stores management - Reconciliations of inventory - Liase with external accountants and statutory bodies for compliance works administration functions

Main responsibilities- Preparation of weekly finance pack for the finance meeting (Finance pack consist of cash flow forecast for upcoming 12 weeks, sales reports, debtors and creditors reports, and other key financial indicators for both Australian and US operations).- Administer the accounting and operations software.- Setting up suppliers, liaising operational staff with regard to purchases & project management - Process payments to local & foreign suppliers.- Perform the accounts receivables, payroll and other bookkeeping functions with foreign currency involvements- Preparation and lodgement of BAS, making payroll taxes, superannuation and other compliance payments.- Preparation & lodgement of sales taxes to USA - Liaising with banks and other financial institutions on financial matters- Liaison with external accountants and with statutory bodies for compliance requirements- Perform and work on claiming export market development grant (EMDG) and Research and Development concessions.

- Preparation and presentation of periodic financial statements- Advising the management on financial matters- Preparing budgets and forecasts - Carrying out project appraisals in deciding on capital purchases -Inventory & Stores management- Formulating and implementing internal controls and budgetary controls- Supervision of accounts receivables, payables and the payroll functions- Liaising with banks auditors, customers and other external institutions on financial matters.- Monitoring taxation matters of the company including GST and corporate tax
