Responsibilities:• Overseeing approximately 500 item codes to provide our customers with the best possible experience when placing orders and receiving goods.• Reviewing customer sales orders to identify the specific products ordered and the associated item codes.• Oversee day-to-day warehouse operations, including receiving, storage, and dispatch of rental furniture and appliances.• Analysing customer orders and identifying the correct item codes based on product specifications and other relevant information.• Implement efficient warehouse processes and workflows to optimize productivity.• Monitor and manage inventory levels to ensure optimal stock availability.• Following up with customers to confirm the details of their purchase orders and ensure they were accurate and complete of orders.• Conduct regular stock audits and cycle counts. Implement inventory control measures to minimize losses and discrepancies.• Lead and motivate a team of warehouse staff, including supervisors, pickers, packers, and loaders.• Ensure that all fixed items and rental items are maintained in excellent condition and meet quality standards.• Implement quality control checks and procedures.• Coordinate with logistics and delivery teams to ensure timely and accurate deliveries tocustomers.• Optimize delivery routes for efficiency.• Conduct regular safety training and inspections.• Maintain accurate records of inventory, warehouse activities, and performance metrics.• Generate reports and provide insights for continuous improvement.

Responsibilities:• Ensuring the high-quality wedding albums creations by using through Edius (video editing software)• Research & Learn new innovations & video effects and introduce the same in new videos contents based on customer requirements.• Designing the Marketing Posters and flex boards based on customer need on JIT Basis. • Ensuring daily Data Back-up in HHD & Web Cloud’s • Hardware troubleshooting on JIT basis.
