Office achieved over 6% growth in key revenue drivers YOY. Led management line of business discussions and decisions involving office vision and strategy, business-level decisions, standardization of best practices, and project implementation oversight. Managed administrative, operational, and financial functions for both the office and business partner relationships. Surpassed budget goals by vertically integrating P&L data and expense controls into daily decisions. Primary focus is with the management and daily operations of the non-profit charity with emphasis on obtaining residual revenue streams through planned giving, grant awards, middle market goodwill, event fundraising, and retail sales. Additional focus on fiscal compliance and increase in market share through word of mouth advertising, media advertising, and fundraising event success. Current needs include establishing patient advocacy and clinical research programs within the Department of Orthopedics at Cincinnati Children's Hospital Medical Center.
