Manage and coordinate the operational activities for the Quality Management division (USBHM). Ensure quality service and effective operations support for all of the assigned internal and external customers. Administer corporate policies and procedures and ensure compliance with applicable laws and regulations. Participate in the review and recommendation of operational systems and procedures affecting assigned units, coordinating system conversions from an operations perspective. Supervise the development and implementation of operational changes in production and process improvement projects to meet quality and efficiency objectives. Organized and managed a highly profitable bank office and led the office to grow to a total of $25,000,000 in assets, $12,000,000 in deposits, and $10,000,000 in loans. Office achieved over 6% growth in key revenue drivers YOY. Led management line of business discussions and decisions involving office vision and strategy, business-level decisions, standardization of best practices, and project implementation oversight. Managed administrative, operational, and financial functions for both the office and business partner relationships. Surpassed budget goals by vertically integrating P&L data and expense controls into daily decisions. Conducted regular risk assessments and quality assurance reviews to evaluate compliance with requirements and to identify potential gaps in policies, procedures and business processes.ACHIEVEMENTS:▪ Substantially reduced operating losses and costs through regulatory compliance and minimization of under-achieving assets. Additional expenses / losses were reduced as much as 40% of the budgeted projection while continuing to maintain the customer base▪ Implemented the Gallup Loyalty Index into the office customer experience plan which led to an increase in customer commitment and above goal thresholds▪ Developed a 12 month Customer Service Manager business calling plan and facilitated continual improvement practices of managers. This program resulted in improved business contact, established a solid calling routine, and resulted in increased business revenue for market offices▪ Chaired the March of Dimes Committee for the Consumer and Business Banking line of business which led to an increase in corporate giving by 230% for the March for Babies event. Primary focus is with the management and daily operations of the non-profit charity with emphasis on obtaining residual revenue streams through planned giving, grant awards, middle market goodwill, event fundraising, and retail sales. Additional focus on fiscal compliance and increase in market share through word of mouth advertising, media advertising, and fundraising event success. Current needs include establishing patient advocacy and clinical research programs within the Department of Orthopedics at Cincinnati Children's Hospital Medical Center.
