Responsible of PM/CM, fueling, telco/non-telco trouble shooting of cluster sites.• Troubleshooting of ZTE & Huawei rectifiers.• Troubleshooting of Huawei BBU (3900 & 3900A), ZTE BBU (ZXDR8200) & RRU, RSU.• Rectification of service effective alarms (VSWR, Sector Swap, RSL)• Troubleshooting of KQI’s & KPI’s alarm• Huawei MW Link, RTN (905, 910, 950, 980) installation, rectification and its configuration.• Trouble shooting of service effective alarms trough LMT tool (ZTE) & web portal (Huawei).• Hands on 2G, 3G & 4G (Both ZTE & Huawei) trouble shooting.• ATP of new roll-out & expansion sites.• Manage high billing & high fueling sites with regular discussion with concerns.• Perform Monthly PM of DGs & telco equipment.• Trouble Shooting of AC/DC distribution system.• Installation & trouble shooting of hybrid system.• Rectification of Power distribution system (Power Distribution Transformer 10, 15, 25, 50KVA)• Monthly PM/CM & Troubleshooting of diesel generators (13, 16, 20, 22, 27, 38, 45).• Troubleshooting of fuel saving gadgets (IC, RMS).• Responsible for Huawei links 46 Sites Microwave Integration & commissioning and responsible for integrating Sites.• Responsible to close all sites Trouble Tickets through EOMS (Electronics Operation Maintenance System).• Responsible for maintaining Eight Microwave Sites (1+1) Hops.• Responsible to install new battery banks (Narada,Vision,Shoto,ZTE up to 800ah) on sites.• Fine-tuning of the BSS parameters Power control, Quality and neighbor optimization. Also to analyze the daily statistics of the sites to find out poor performing sites.
