After the sale of the network and associated mediation systems, I took on responsibility for the development and management of billing systems ensuring high availability of web based Billing and Provisioning. Through working with an outsourced network team at BT Wholesale and remote outsourced billing company Dataflow, the management of outsourcing.

Working with the Unix and Oracle Administrators my knowledge of CDR flows and structures was key to the successful implementation of the new mediation system. Additional training at Ericcson Hewlett Packard’s HQ in Gothenburg exposed me to Unix and Oracle systems allowing me to take on a more hands-on roll in the day to day management of Mediation.
