Which builder would you prefer - One who sells 1000+ homes per year with delegated staff to oversee the project, or one who sells 50 homes per year and personally oversees the project on the site?My Passion:I love number-crunching, I dig into Real Estate Data and bring out key insights that can help Homebuyers and Builders with their decision-making. I also assist in organizing Bulk Material Purchase activities for CREDAI Pune Metro members, to help developers reduce their construction costs.My Vocation:I help builders decide on the right sizing and pricing for their new launches, using data analysis. I undertake professional assignments under the firm name - AREA Foresight, which provides data reports to Real Estate Developers, Financial Institutes & Government Bodies.My Professional Background:I graduated from IIT Bombay with a B.Tech. degree in Civil Engineering.I have previously worked at Shapoorji Pallonji and RBSA Advisors.I have won several national & international accolades for Short Film Making during my college days.
