Led the transformation of Rosetta Stone from a largely consumer focused, CD-based language company to an educational technology business with the majority of sales from the growing K-12 sector.Transformation required balancing, restructuring and stabilizing the historical Language business, while directing significant investment to an initially small, K-12 Literacy business to drive its growth and industry leadership.Success of this strategy changed the perception of Rosetta Stone within the industry and among investors and led to its successful sale in 2020 to Cambium Learning (owned by Veritas Capital).
