An accomplished Merchandise Planning / Inventory Management VP who uses detailed analysis, great collaboration and influencing skills to deliver growth and change. As part of my VP role at lululemon I lead a variety of teams accountable for optimizing inventory placement across our network. Going further back, I was a leader of the Gap Global Women’s planning team in New York as it transformed from a regional to a global model. This involved trading the business whilst building a central merchandise planning function from scratch: team, tools, process and execution. The transition was completed in less than 12 months and subsequently returned the Women's business to health. Key tasks included using deep analysis to lead seasonal planning, pricing and assortments for nearly 1000 stores across 4 geographiesBefore New York, I led the Gap Adult merchandise planning team in London, presiding over their European assortment, planning, trading and allocation. Results during this period were excellent, driven by great teamwork and an absolute focus on customer needs Prior to Gap, I was Head of Merchandise Planning with Liberty of London and a Merchandiser at Fat Face.My formative years were with Marks & Spencer where, in addition to developing my merchandise planning skills, I partnered with a global supply base to deliver significant change and improvement. I also helped create the long running Autograph brand.Whilst at University at LSE a friend & I invented Indie Disco.
