Responsible for delivering several high-profile programmes designed to encourage individuals who are currently underrepresented at university to be able to access postgraduate education. My role involves - Recruiting and Working with Student Ambassadors- Analysing large sets of data relating to WP work e.g. HESA data- Event organisation and Finance - Developing media and marketing strategies- Representing the University at national events and conferences - Liaising with internal and external stakeholders

Delivering Lancaster University's Discover Programme, working with Year 8 students from local secondary schools. This includes visiting schools and hosting on-campus sessions with the overall objective of encouraging students from widening participation backgrounds to go onto higher education.

Delivering Lancaster University's Young People and Childrens Partnership Programme introducing primary school-aged children in Year 5 and 6 to higher education through the delivery of skill-orientated workshop days on campus. These days include Democracy and British Values, Leadership &Teamwork and well-being.

Designing and Creating narrative tracks for the Archipelago of Design's upcoming strategic planning game 'Shadow of Byzantine' which sees players navigating how they would respond to the mysterious outbreak of a deadly virus in the city of Istanbul in the year 2040. I have been particularly involved in designing several narrative tracks and playing cards around the topics of Artificial Intelligence (AI) and Human Security. Once complete the game will be played by professional security practitioners from across NATO.
