Course Facilitator
CurrentDelivering a creative and digital skills programme for 18-45 year olds who are not in education, employment or training. Tackling youth unemployment and helping England to build back better as part of the national recovery, the programme will support participants onto long-term, education, work and training opportunities in the creative and digital sectors.• Ability to engage with disaffected learners from a variety of backgrounds.• Highly competent in delivering learning and skills programmes to groups and individuals.• High level written and verbal communication skills to communicate with learners.• Exceptional interpersonal skills and ability to build relationships and motivate change in both adult and participants behaviour. • Able to work in a multi-agency context, with people at all levels.• Ability to be solution focussed and innovative.• Experience of delivering creative training programmes that deliver successful outcomes.• Experience of working with participants.• An insight into the digital and technology sector.• Awareness of key employability skills.• An understanding of digital apprenticeships and entry-level IT jobs.• Understanding of the recruitment process and relevant skills required by successful candidates.As well as creation of training materials and supporting the wider business as and when required.
