Working on Bandwidth's Developer Experience and Software Infrastructure teams, I have had a hand in many projects and the opportunity to work with multiple teams across the organization as we transform software delivery and venture into the cloud.Some experiences include: - Building an internal notifications service to deliver webhooks and emails to internal and external customers, written in Go and hosted in AWS, deployed using CDK and GitHub Actions - Assist with cloud infrastructure and management of the company AWS Organization with Terraform - Help other teams build using Infrastructure as Code - Migrate dev.bandwidth.com to use CDK and GitHub Actions for deployments on an automated schedule, with automatic rollbacks - Assisted in the creation of an automatic SDK generation pipeline using OpenAPI specification and OpenAPI-Generator to deliver fast and accurate client SDKs for Bandwidth's public communications APIs - Step in as a Sales Engineer as needed and discuss/demonstrate our APIs with prospective clients

- Develop and enforce API Design Standards across all product verticals- Perform API design review and coaching to backend teams on how to build great customer facing REST APIs- Built and maintain dev.bandwidth.com - a static React site hosted in AWS- Design and build DevOps and CI/CD pipelines using GitHub Actions to automate updating websites and client SDKs based on changes to OpenAPI specifications

- Provide guidance, coaching, and support in the use and implementation of Bandwidth s API s for Telephone Number Management, Voice Call Control, SMS / MMS Messaging, and Order Management. - Provide implementation, design, and usage support including best practices for complex customer implementations. - Actively drive customer issues and analysis to pinpoint issues and help drive changes in product documentation as well as customer-facing SDK's - Assist in maintaining dev.bandwidth.com and creating content pertaining to new and updated features

• Provide support to sales staff and manage customer accounts, working directly with customers and vendors to facilitate business transactions• Designed and implemented an order receiving and processing application via python script for a partnership with a major clothing retailer (60+ development hours)• Designed, built, and implemented a database that serves as the company’s main software system for all order and inventory management and saved over $30,000 in development costs, used to process $4mil in sales in 2018 (250+ development hours)• Used Python, Excel, and database query knowledge to generate sales and inventory reports and trends to present to management and customers

- Managed tutors and students, performed office admin tasks and oversaw day to day operations of the center - Drafted and sent marketing emails and newsletters, promoted the center and attended social events to pass out promotional material - Coordinated meetings between parents and the director, as well as provide progress reports to parents and respond to inquiries

- Supervised 40 guests and 16 staff members. - Scheduled activities, planned and executed events, coached staff members, wrote performance evaluations - Spoke directly with customers about our mission and promoted the camp
