For as long as we could remember, we've carried the dream of being business owners.Every day, we would come home from our corporate jobs and instantly start talking about our futures, contemplating how we could do something more fulfilling for ourselves.We've also always loved coffee. A lot.And life just seemed to move too fast.We found ourselves rushing our morning coffee and precious time together just to get to jobs that didn’t thrill us. We wanted to find a way to combine our passion for coffee with our goals of becoming small business owners.But it was more than that. We wanted to share this enthusiasm and our values with our community.We dreamed of creating a space where people could enjoy not just a great cup of coffee, but also a moment of inspiration.We also wanted to show our little one, Penelope, that she can achieve whatever she puts her mind to when she grows up.That's why we founded AJ's Coffee Break. AJ's Coffee Break is a specialty mobile espresso cart that caters to all of South Florida (and beyond!). Our mission is to bring joy, community, and exceptional coffee to every event we attend - be it corporate events, weddings, birthdays, graduations, baby showers, or any special occasion.We proudly serve Great Circle Coffee, a local roaster in Miami that focuses on sustainability, ethical sourcing, and supporting women in coffee farming communities struggling with poverty.
