I enjoy contextualizing exterior forces, gathering and sharing techniques and innovations I encounter with other operators, and guiding clients through understanding and strategically applying emerging technologies like AI, and using these insights to help them create a plan that allows them to free up bandwidth and focus on what matters most -growing their idea of success by building strong relationships with their team and their diners.With over 35 years in the industry, I understand that running a restaurant means juggling everything from a ball to a chainsaw -Technology, HR, marketing, regulation compliance, day-to-day operations, and everything else -all while competing against larger players with more resources.
