- Responsible for the management of a large multi-building site with over 700 rooms.- Arrange, organise and conduct viewings for prospective residents, parents and colleges.- Ensuring all residents adhere to the terms and conditions of their tenancy agreement.- Manage and deal with customer complaints. - Obtain and retain key relationships with academic institutions, colleges and accreditation services.- Daily management of a team consisting of an Assistant Manager, two Administrators, two Maintenance men, two Housekeepers and a team of external security.- Dealing with external contractors, obtaining quotes, supervising contractors while on-site and checking quality of work before signing the work off. - Responsible for dealing with all disciplinary procedures for both staff and residents. - Financial Management of petty cash, in-house sales tracker, residence accounts and termly debtors. - Suggest, review and monitor annual and summer budgeting with senior personnel.- Responsible for marketing the residence to ensure optimum occupancy levels. - Implementing and adhering to all company policies and procedures. - Responsible for following Health and Safety at Work Act and liaising with the Health and Safety Manager.- Constantly review and update all aspects of Health and Safety in the residence.- Planning and assisting in external security company Rota’s to ensure cover is provided during evening and weekends.- Ability to use all Microsoft applications and in-house databases/ booking systems e.g. KX financial and inspections and WPM online payment system.

- Responsible for discipline, welfare, morale, fitness, health and the day to day running of a company of 120 + personnel.- Providing duty rosters and training programs up to 3 months in advance.- Maintaining the security of buildings, armory, weapon and responsible for demanding, controlling and distributing ammunition. - Inspection of all company stores, accommodation and weapons, ensuring a high standard is maintained. - Successfully completed bookings of ranges, training areas and other training resources.- Responsible for the supervision and training and development of personnel in preparation for promotion.- Command, operate, plan, conduct, co-ordinate, apply and administer all aspects of weapon - Responsible for managing the accommodation and equipment ensuring that high standard are maintained in barracks.- Supervises routine maintenance of the accommodation.
