Revamped graphic and web design, public relations, reputation management, and SEO initiatives strengthening CEF's market presence and core message. Effectively collaborated with staff, contracted agencies plus statewide and national partners to achieve award-winning small business financing and community development milestones supported by year-round event outreach, strategic sponsorships, conference presentations and related advocacy efforts.

Recruited as first full-time director to increase awareness of DeVry University's regionally-accredited undergraduate and graduate degree programs benefiting high school educators and their students, post-secondary institutions, area businesses, community leaders, industry associations and government agencies through strategic partnerships, program sponsorships, year-round outreach events and targeted marketing communications supporting three DeVry campuses in Colorado.

Hired as first full-time executive director to transition seasonal multi-cultural event into year-round nonprofit educational organization serving Asian Pacific Islander communities and the greater public. Developed internal operations and initiatives driving marketing and media relations, grant funding and corporate sponsorships, plus strategic plans to grow beneficial programs and services. Contracted as first full-time coordinator to create year-round management operations for National Historic District. Developed self-governing business association to support merchants including on-site marketing and related publicity, community-based seasonal events, plus coordination of streetscape and building renovations with the City of Arvada to increase patronage of new and existing small businesses by local residents and seasonal tourists.

Glenwood Springs Co

Managed and expanded delivery of small business consulting and training services benefiting entrepreneurs located near seven satellite field offices in Rocky Mountain service area as part of collaborative Colorado Mountain College, state SBDC and federal SBA entrepreneurship development program. Received marketing award for best continuing education campaign which bolstered impact of sustainable small businesses in their local communities.
