I have spent the last 18 years enjoying a meaningful experience in the projects and administration fields and privileged to have experience both roles in public, private, corporate & government sectors. All this has taught me an enormous wealth of interpersonal relations, and a true sense of 'broad understanding of culture'. In particular, the recent years I have taken on Executive Administrator role that required precise planning, critical decision making involving a wide range of suppliers and client. My responsibilities include performing, independently, a wide range of complex and confidential support duties in support of various administrative operations and activities including special projects, budget analysis, and other specialized functions; prepares various reports to improve the efficiency and effectiveness of operations; coordinates assigned activities with other departments, divisions, outside entities; provides information and assistance regarding assigned programs and services.In order to carry on with my duties, this required excellent communication and interpersonal skills and ability to provide information and service to a wide range of internal and external contacts. Not to mention, knowledge of the departmental policies and procedures. In certain occasions, included responsibility for executive office management. This helped in shaping my rapport and brand not only within NHS Grampian and The Private Office of H.H. Sheikh Mohammed Bin Zayed Al Nahyan, but among external stakeholders.
