At Datavant, I have the pleasure of being the voice of our Information Security Program with our customers. I believe that a robust and dedicated Information Security and Data Privacy program is a competitive advantage, and I love educating and advising customers on the technical rigor of how we keep their biggest asset — their data — safe. The best part of my job is taking complex technical concepts and translating them into easy-to-understand ideas. I love being the communication bridge between highly technical and non-technical stakeholders, enabling all parties to collaborate more effectively to get the job done.Before joining Datavant, I had my first tech start-up experience with GuideVine (Acquired by Avantax, part of Blucora, Inc. (NASDAQ: BCOR)). There, I deepened my skills in general Business Operations and Project Management and I developed expertise in post-sales Customer Experience. Specifically, my skills in post-sales Customer Experience include but are not limited to customer onboarding/implementation; support, relationship management, and performance analysis; cross-sells, renewals, terminations; and customer billing/accounts receivable. In addition, I also developed core fundamentals in Product Management including product user testing, documentation, and customer education/ training. From my vast array of experiences I bring the emotional intelligence necessary to connect and collaborate with diverse groups of people. I have an insatiable curiosity for business operations and product management, can learn quickly and independently, and constantly aim to improve operational practices and the client experience. For my next chapter, I aim to utilize the skills mentioned above to lead strategic projects for innovative tech-driven startups in any of the following spaces: FinServ/FinTech, Health Tech, Real Estate, Renewable Energy, InsurTech, Productivity Software, Project Management Software, Education, Human Resources, Pharmaceuticals, Veterinary, and/or Fine Jewelry.
