1. Develop and implement recruitment strategies to attract and hire qualified candidates for various job openings.2. Screen resumes and applications, conduct initial phone screens and coordinate interviews with the hiring managers.3. Manage the applicant tracking system (ATS) and ensure all candidate information is accurate and up-to-date.5. Conduct background checks and reference checks on selected candidates.7. Develop and maintain relationships with colleges, universities, and other recruitment sources to attract new talent.8. Ensure compliance with employment laws and regulations, including equal opportunity employment laws.9. Provide training and support to hiring managers on the recruitment process and best practices.10. Compile and analyze recruitment metrics and data to evaluate the effectiveness of recruitment strategies and identify areas for improvement.
