I am a supply chain professional with over 8 years of experience in operations management in the E-commerce and manufacturing industries. Most recently, I was interning as a Pathways Operations Manager at Amazon, where I work to reduce labor hours and improve efficiency in a specific shift while measuring the impact of the current and the proposed process on the dock metrics. I am also pursuing a Master of Science degree in Logistics, Materials, and Supply Chain Management at the University of Southern California, which I expect to complete in December 2023.My core competencies include new business development, supply chain finance, and functionality, which I have demonstrated in my previous roles as a Program Manager at udaan.com and Flipkart. At udaan.com, I was responsible for setting up the returns function for the private label quality function, managing hardlines, monitoring returns data, creating dashboards, and working on CAPA. At Flipkart, I was involved in sourcing, vendor management, and inventory planning for various categories.
