As a ITSM Process Lead at Wolken Software, I oversee the design and implementation of IT service management solutions for various clients, using agile methodologies and ITIL best practices. I have also completed multiple edX courses on applied scrum, business model design, and marketing innovation. I am passionate about combining my technical and marketing skills to create value propositions that solve real-world problems.Before joining Wolken Software, I was an Incident Analyst at Accenture, where I provided technical support and assistance to various clients, using C++ and other tools. I was involved in resolving complex issues, conducting root cause analysis, and ensuring customer satisfaction. I received recognition for my performance and contribution to the team and the organization. I have a Bachelor of Technology - B.Tech in Information Technology from Shreemati Nathibai Damodar Thackersey Women's University, where I developed my programming and problem-solving skills. I also participated in debates and group discussions, enhancing my communication and leadership skills. I am a motivated, collaborative, and adaptable professional, with a keen interest in learning new skills and exploring new opportunities.
