Working as an associate-HR in one of the best herbal based pharmacy company. Handling HR operations (process analysis) of a strategic business unit consisting of around 500 team members. Regular inception of team expenses incurred in day to day working and tracking the same. MIS creation and maintenance of employee attendance and performance review. Representing the company in domestic enquiries of field staff as a presenting officer and have successfully closed several cases which influenced and benefited the management through desired outcomes. Supporting the tech team in testing and implement of new applications and BI reports required by the field staff in order to track their day to day working. Familiar with SAP success factors applications and usage. Responsible for the entire SBU’s operations in ETHOS platform. And conducting inductions programs on HR policies, ETHOS , performance standards and legal. Continuously learning and taking up new opportunities as per the expectation of the management which have increased my interpersonal skills and ability to keep up with the day to day trends. Co ordination with external enquiry officials and staff. Looking to increase my potential and skills simultaneously by benefiting the organisation by achieving the desired outcomes in specified time
