As a Technical Support Engineer at HCC Pte Ltd, I am working in IXC Billing on our IXC Softswitch and performs Online Call Monitoring, Routing, Troubleshooting and Autotesting .Monitoring Online Call Traffic Data is done by analyzing key metrics such as ASR, ACD, PDD, Number of Active Calls on our softswitch.IXC Route Autotester work with SIP and H.323 Protocols and any Codec such as G.711, G723 and G729).During testing calls are generared by Route Tester with RTP media streams and audio is recorded for every test call.IXC Softswitch delivers VoIP wholesale services including Switching and Billing.
