After learning about combining my love for math and engineering with my interest in biotechnology, I knew biomedical engineering would be the career route for me. I am currently a student pursuing a degree at the University of Arizona where I am majoring in Biomedical Engineering. Because of my love for math, I have also decided to pursue a minor in Mathematics. Additionally, I am also minoring in engineering management as I see myself going into industry in the future where I hope to be able to manage my own projects. Currently, I am conducting research under Dr. Ravi Goyal at the College of Medicine where I get to utilize my engineering, coding, and physiology skills to create a fetal heart rate monitor. I am currently seeking internships focused on researching biomedical technologies or developing engineering solutions that advance the medical field.
