·Presently handing Service , Repair and AMC department .·Handling projects for CCTV (Wireless, IP and Analog) & Security Systems.·Give Technical support to the clients telephonic or through Team viewer and through Ammyy Admin, Any desk andalso visit the customer sites to resolve the problems.·To ensure integrity, accuracy and confidentiality of all information gained by compliance with quality standards andlegislation, whilst preserving the rights of the individual.·To operate and monitor all systems, including CCTV, within the Control Center in a professional and efficient manner.·CCTV Camera (Sumsung, Axis, Pelco, Vantage, CP Plus, Dahua, kopada, Avazonic, Filr and Hikvision) Installation (Dome, PTZ etc.)·Online support to the technical engineers to giving the system on internet.·To support the CCTV Manager and site supervisor by providing monitoring of the Maintenance programmer to ensure full provision of the system.·Assembling of DVRs & installation of OS in DVRs & Giving training of DVRs to customers on the site.·Installation of different types of CCTV cameras as per drawing diagrams.·To report equipment failure to the Technical manager to maximize operation of the Systems.·Technical support and training to the customers and users.
