Akash is always willing to assist on coverage matters. His coverage counsel practice includes reviewing and preparing policy wording drafting solutions, coverage opinions, position letters and client advocacy on property & casualty and financial/specialty lines forms including property, business interruption, commercial general, EPL, fidelity, umbrella and excess liability, professional liability (D&O/E&O) and cyber insurance. Akash is regularly retained to litigate allocation disputes and defend insurer clients from claims alleging bad faith and conflicts of interest.Akash has made successful submissions in front of Canadian trial and appellate judges, including two chief justices.
