Job ResponsibilityDesign and simulation of different types of Tools and Machinery based on needs of customer.Drawing of detail parts & assembly drawing with Bill of Material in AutoCAD, SolidWorks, CreO & CATIA.Verification & validation of R&D products, technical report preparation after testing.Sustainability analysis with PLM software and report preparation.Complete electrical & mechanical parts of Automatic barrier gate design and simulation by using AutoCAD, SolidWorks and CATIA V5.Designing of sheet metal parts and housing for different types of Electro - mechanical devices e.g. sensor pole, electrical panel etc.Cost reduction, quality maintain with quantity, using VAVE tool.Data communication with production and quality department, testing and troubleshooting of existing products.Technical documentation preparation according ISO 9001:2008 & 9001:2015 standards.

Provide professional training on Mechanical Drawings, 2D &3D design, surface & Sheet metal modeling & their Assemblies, 2D drafting, dimensioning, layout management in AutoCAD, SolidWorks & CreO.Design & analysis with FEM & FEA in ANSYS & SOLIDWORKS on Plastic Processing Machine and other mechanical components.Research on New Product Development (mechanical & electrical) and simulation by using CAE software (like SolidWorks, ANSYS, CATIA & CreO).

2D and 3D Designing of plastic processing machine and there component.2D layout designing of machine installation.Interaction with vendor or with production department and quality department for product inspection.Motion study of machines on SolidWorks software.
