Piller system is using in every critical PSU’s & many market leader company like ISRO, ISTRAC, RRCAT, Semiconductor Laboratories, Honda, Alembic, Wipro, YKK India, YKK Bangladesh etc. in India.Job Responsibilities: Procurement, Import & Logistics.● Responsible for Planning, Coordinating and monitoring logistics operations such as Warehousing, Inventory, Transportation and Supply Chain Processes.● Managing all internal and external stakeholders for logistics, third party vendors and project related deliveries.● Handling Vendor development, Vendor Management, Negotiations, on boarding and Contracts, payments etc. ● Checking Import documentation for material import.● Monitor stock level regularly and conduct Stock Audit after regular interval of time.● Responsible for Inventory control to maintain MSL (Minimum Stock Level) in company.● Compare and Evaluate Offers from suppliers and settle appropriate terms and conditions for supplies and services.● Price negotiations and finalize Costing for products and services. ● Reviewing and issuing contracts and blanket purchase orders after choosing ideal vendor and drive procurement process globally. ● Developed a comprehensive inventory management system that reduced stock-outs by 20% and improved on-time deliveries by 70% to 80%. ● Update clients & sales department for cargo arrival and share statuses by closely monitoring the receipt and tracking processes.● Maintain updated records of Purchased with 100% accuracy, products delivery Information and Invoices. ● Procuring materials for repair and services in Pan India & Importing materials from Germany, Taiwan, Italy, USA, Singapore & France

Attending and contributing to meetings with staff and other management seniors.2. Handling Import from China & Taiwan.3. Raise inquiries to CHA’s for best forwarding quotations & handover the shipment to L1. 4. Freight negotiation with suppliers & finalization of Shipment. 5. Handle import documents like (Proforma invoice, Commercial invoice, packing list. Bill of lading/ air waybill).6. Follow up with CHA for bill of entry & Custom duty payment. 7. Follow up for E-Way bills to accounts team.8. Conducting Research on our products, vendors & services then comparing price & quality to ensure a best deal. 9. Meeting with vendors and clients to negotiate the best contracts. 10. Liaising with delivery and warehouse teams to ensure goods are received on time. 11. Monitoring inventory & writing orders to refill the stock. 12. Attending events, shows & exhibitions to network with vendors and search new vendors for our items. 13. Inspecting purchased products upon delivery and reporting any issue timely.
