• Responsible for the full life cycle of sourcing, screening, interviewing and closing the positions.• Responsible for handling Direct clients, Implementation Partners for W2 and Corp to Corp, Full time Requirements.• Worked on all tax terms i.e. W2, C2C and 1099• Filtering through and reviewing complete candidate profile/resume and evaluated applicants work history, education and• Training, job skills, desired salary/hourly rate, and personal qualifications against open requirements.• Possess excellent knowledge of recruiting and hiring processes including sourcing, interviewing, reference check, tracking, salary negotiations, and closing.• Souring and submitting the qualified candidates using the internal database, Dice, Monster, Career Builder, Linkedin, Google groups.• Experience in negotiating salary rate with U.S. Citizens, H1B, EAD, TN permit holders, OPT• Follow-up with candidates for Client Evaluation Schedules/Re-schedules, and also on updates before and After the Evaluation.• Maintaining good relation with consultants for future requirements.• Coordinating directly with the onsite Manager and offshore Service Delivery Personnel on Updates, feedback etc.• Responsible for Meeting Daily and Monthly Team Targets

- Responsible for testing and calibration of various Geotechnical instruments like Piezometer, Strain Gauge, Tilt Meter, Inclinometer, Load Cell etc. through various in house manual and software calibration equipments.- Also involved in erection , installation, after-sales service of Geotechnical instruments in various sites all over India in on various civil structures like Tunnels , Suspension Bridges , Truss Bridge , Under ground water level monitoring.
