Role & Responsibilities• Handling end to end recruitment for permanent and Contractual placements.• Working on various job portals as well internal database to source candidates with the required skill sets.• Source profiles through Portals/Referrals/research etc• Conducting telephonic as well Face to Face interviews for preliminary screening.• Checking suitable profiles to the client’s specification. Validating the suitable profile. • Talking and motivating the potential candidates to apply.• Check the candidate's expectations on the salary range and match with the range recommended by the company.• Processing the resumes to the clients.• Follow up with client against the feedback.• Keeping track of candidates’ status and following up till they are through with the interviews.• Training the new employees, communicate with team member to improve the performance and motivate them to achieve target.• Responsible for maintaining client relationship, checking the status of requirements & candidates from the client etc.• Following up with the candidates till joining and maintaining excel sheet. • Well versed with GOM.• Maintaining Daily Calls report, Daily Activity Report. And Weekly Record with respect to hiring.• Detailed data basing of resumes based on specific parameters like skills sets, years of experience, worked etc
