I am part of the core planning team at Indian Railways responsible for brainstorming redevelopment of stations along with commercial/ property development for the first time in India.Major Roles and Projects include-1. Amrit Stations - Standardization, strategy and planning policies for 1000+ Amrit Stations (small) and more than 300+ major stations all across India. Property development and phasing strategy policy.2. Conceptualization, master planning, design critiques for 60+ major stations, policy inputs related to architecture & planning, standardization, design & planning coordination management, tendering in EPC and PPP modes, presentations and stakeholders consultations.3. Concept Master Planning of Iconic stations redevelopment projects - - Designed 1st true MMTH railway station in India - Surat MMTH (integrating Railway, ISBT, BRT, Metro, other modes) - In-house Concept Master Planning and layouts preparation for Ajni Nagpur and Sanganer Jaipur. - Concept Layouts for Ahmadabad Railway Station redevelopment.4. Coordinator for preparation of Design Handbook on Modularization of Railway Stations by ARUP.

- JABALPUR SMART CITY (2018) (Role- Project Architect) I was responsible for site visits, design discussions and presentations to smart city commissioner, Research, Conceptualization for Major Urban locality of Jabalpur- Civic Center, With retrofitting model of Smart City, concepts of placemaking applied to reinvent commercial and public space potential. - REDEVELOPMENT OF 8 LOCAL BUS TERMINALS OF DELHI (2018-2019) (Role- Project Architect) I was responsible for site visits, design discussion and presentation meetings along with partners to DIMTS, Commissioner of Transport- Delhi, Minister of Transport of Delhi, Research, Conceptualization, meetings with transport planning experts and spatial design experts to prepare zero conflict design layouts and proposal for redevelopment of 8 Bus terminals. Preparation of tender documents, drawings, GFCs, BOQ, Integration plan for Smart Items and Reports. Conceptualizing Aerodynamic design for roof.- REJUVENATION OF WATER BODIES IN DELHI (2019) (Role- Project Architect) I was responsible for pre-construction site visits, design discussion and presentation meetings with I&FC Dept of Delhi Govt., NEERI Scientists, research, conceptualization, layout, landscape designing for the project. Preparation of Tender Drawings, BOQ, Reports in support with NEERI Scientists. - ISBT Sonipat & Cuttack Design Competition (2019) (Role- Project Architect) I was responsible for research-study, conceptualization, masterplanning, layout designs, vehicular & pedestrian circulation plans, iconic design of Terminal Building, 3Ds & Reports.- FACELIFTING OF KASHMERE GATE METRO HUB (2019) (Role- Project Architect) I was Responsible for conceptualization, design layouts, facade design, landscape design of public plaza, 3Ds, Presentations and Tender Drawings, BOQ and Reports.- MUSI RIVER REDEVELOPMENT COMPETITION (2018) (Role- Team Member)- SECLUED GOA RESORT (2019) (Role- Team Member)- GIRI SPORTS COMPLEX - Hostel (2019) (Role- Team Member)

I was Engaged as an intern by Election Commision of India to provide architectural support for IIIDEM’s New Campus being constructed in Dwarka, Sector 13. Roles Included- Providing in-house architectural support in supervision of Superintendent Engineer CPWD & DG of IIIDEM/ECI to co-ordinate with the commissioned architect of the project. Team of two interns escalated the projects with focus on long due important decisions making issues.
