 Prepare the Production and Dispatch Plan for the Quarter, Month & Week based on Sales Demand/Open Order and WIP available. Based on Production Plan issue the Material to production after all the Material receipt (Mechanical, Hydraulic & Electrical). Responsible for In-time Material Availability & line Should not be stop.  Run the MRP with Plant level, make to order level (MTO) & Make to Stock level (MTS). Based on In-house (CM01) And Vendor (ME3N) Capacity, Plan for the Material. For Emergency and Urgent Released Material (Customer Urgency) follow-up with Vendor. For Project and Make to Order Machine follow-up for one by one material with Vendor and Purchase Dept. Closely work with design for New product development- there drawings & BOM Availability. Schedule the daily meeting with Assembly for Next day & Week Plan and against the Material Availability. Closely work with Assembly for Production is run as per Plan. Modification of Material Master and Production BOM. Co-ordination with Internal dept Sales, Production, Assembly, Purchase, Vendor Manufacturing, Store, Inward Quality and Dispatch. Highlight the Bottlenecks in Dispatch Plan for weekly review meeting with Management. Effectively Monitor the Inventory ITR. Prepare the MIS/MRM presentation based on KPI for Monthly & Quarterly review. Maintain the Stock of Raw Material and high lead items. Daily SAP Transactions doing- Assembly Production Order creation/release (CS02), Material Stock Overview (MMBE/MB52), PO released, purchasing document for Material (ME2M), Capacity Planning (CM01/CM21), Contract Vendor Capacity (ME3N), sales order check (VA03) etc.

Prepare the daily production order, Material Shortages, work order, Plan Vs Actual Achievement, Material Reservation Slip.Prepare the MIS & MRM presentation for monthly review.
