• Maintain the day to day financial transaction of the company.• Recording Payments & Receipts vouchers as per bank statement.• Recording Purchase & Sales vouchers as per tax invoices of purchases & sales• Calculating the vat amount of both the sales and purchases and check whether th balances are matching with the statement provided.• Manage invoices and generate operations and credit control.• Check whether the statement of accounts like debtors and creditors are posted in the debit and credit column.• Prepare regular reports and summaries of accounting policies.• Calculate composition tax after posting all the items.• Calculate purchase registers and check whether the balances are matching with the statement provided by them.• Maintain Stock audit & inventory of all the clients under JSV & Co.• Preparation of vouchers, stock items& finalisation of accounts.• Generate the c-form for all the JSV & Co clients.

• Did filling of Income tax returns both of individual and company.• Did filling of service tax return for Auxuallary business. • Ensure reconciliation of ledgers are performed on a regular basis.• Know how to prepare computation of Income Tax.• Generate challan after calculating the tax which is left to be paid to the government

• Prepare purchase invoices for payment to suppliers through cheque after every 15 days.• Use to handle storekeeping such as buying grocery or stock for the hotel• Use to handle petty cash for repairs and maintanence for the hotel and for hotel expenses.• Use to deposit cash which is received from guest to the bank.• Maintain records of the all suppliers bills in a computerised format.• Ensure reconciliation of ledgers are performed on a regular basis.• Maintain the P&L statement every month to calculate how much of profit we have earned every month.• Maintain records of the wastage incurred by the hotel.• Maintain records of the pricing of all the items which we have sold to our customers and check whether the pricing is done properly.• Check whether the purchases and sales are done in an orderly manner.• Calculate and distribute wages and salaries.• Post entries of supplier’s bills, Guest bills and petty cash vouchers in tally.
