I’m an entrepreneur, strategic marketer and business developer with 10 years of experience in UAE and internationally in Georgia, India & Canada. I have worked for major clients such as Saguramo Gardens, Members of Ruling Family (Sharjah), Diplomats (U.A.E) and have been recognized with several contracts during my career.Until recently, I led negotiations for Al Shamsi RE, a top real estate developer in Sharjah, UAE and Georgian Ventures & Investment, one of aspiring developers of Georgia. In this role I was focused on value addition to the project of Saguramo Gardens tru the perfect synergy and a win-win situation to the developer, marketer and the end-buyer. Although I have negotiated several real estate deals in the past, this attraction spread over 3.5 Million Sq.ft in the heart of Saguramo remains the most valuable. Successes includes market research, site visits, legal, selections, negotiation, scenario analysis, to finalizing project. Finalizing the layout design, 3D Modelling, marketing and sales, creating a social media and online advertising campaign that generated enormous media buzz and was key to the success of the Saguramo Gardens. Colleagues know me as a hardworking, highly creative marketer who can always be trusted to come up with a new approach. But I know that the client’s business comes first, and I never try to impose my ideas on others.
