HERITAGE OF CRAFTSMANSHIP The roots of Planets can be traced back to year 1951 with the establishment of Mistery Abdul Gafoor Rahimbox Company in Mumbai, India. In1987, the Group set its foot in Sharjah under the Planets Gypsum & Décor Co. LLC banner and never looked back. Starting with Gypsum works, the company soon started GRC works in1994. Keeping up with the demand for its products in Dubai, Planets opened its sister company New Planet Décor Est. Dubai in the year 2000. PLANETS have been making and installing Glass Reinforced Concrete (GRC) for over 20 years. GRC presents architects and engineers with a material from which the most ambitious designs can be created. It can be molded to form modern futuristic designs or to replicate traditional historic features. GRC is environmentally friendly. It offers several advantages over cast concrete. It is lightweight, easy to handle and fast to erect which reduce loadings on buildings leading to significant savings in superstructure & foundations. Ranked, as one of the most efficient companies by its clients in Asia and Europe and continuing the streak of forefather business the group is now lead by the third generation with successful completion of projects in the U.A.E, India, Iraq, Kabul and Nigeria.
