Supported POCs, large network upgrades and changes, technical escalations, and product updates for customers to understand how Aruba products and solutions could positively change and enhance the network.

Managed a pipeline of customer projects and support needs, and worked closely as an advisor and architect for complex technical solutions. Subject matter expert in wireless networking, and completed designs, implementation.
