I planned and executed KBCM’s two flagship technology investor conferences, where 1000+ attendees participate in 3000+ 1-on-1 meetings.Key functions: Solicited and managed contracts with an extensive external vendor portfolio; Managed internal and external messaging plans, including contingency response and crisis communication for COVID-19 at the 2020 Emerging Tech Summit; Built consensus between internal and external stakeholders to produce mutually beneficial and relevant event content; Tracked, balanced, and reported on a multi-million dollar budget.

I led a team of external and internal stakeholders, including platform provider, implementation team, board of directors and executive team, to transition the association to a new, collaborative database. Subsequently, I performed and published market analysis of the profession from collected data.Additionally, I provided counsel on best practice response to policy and legislation affecting association membership, including creating resources to educate members to advocate; Drafted the executive director’s contribution to a major professional publication; Organized logistics and facilitation materials for the Global Perspectives Summit, where association leadership and industry experts developed a global strategic plan.

Focused on streamlining internal operations and processes to improve the organization's service delivery, I identified organizational capacity gaps and initiated hiring processes to alleviate; represented the organization at local university career fairs and public forums; and planned and executed the National Conference on Ending Poverty

I researched and evaluated a wide variety of campaign and communication strategies; prepared presentation materials for classes, lectures, and non/academic presentations; cultivated appropriate source materials and provided content review and language editing for articles and other materials for publication.

Managed the Executive Director’s daily schedule, correspondence, and travel planning; Managed logistics of Board of Directors mid-year and annual meetings and retreats, including travel/accommodations/meals, activities, and reimbursement processing; Assisted with personnel hiring and training; Organize internal association events and logistics.

Managed a staff of 8-12 and over 200 volunteers to coordinate all box office sales and ticketing, subscriber relations, and front of house operations before, during, and after each performance; Facilitated rental of Artists Rep’s new event spaces, including implementation of a marketing plan, coordination with corporate sponsors, and cultivation of preferred vendors; Successfully targeted and implemented the audience services budget, including querying and reporting upon weekly and monthly financial reports; Created and published written season subscription materials, weekly/monthly marketing emails, and post-show follow-up communications to ticket-holders and subscribers.
