28+ years of PMO/IT/Operations/Telecom/BSS/Business Ops experience in the Asia, Middle East and Africa.Hi! I’m Ajay; an Indian national living in national capital New Delhi.Currently heading a $Billion+ krona revenue generation engine’s “Business Operations” piece for Swedish multinational Ericsson at national level & focused on:- supporting organization in achieving Qtr/Year targets by ensuring end-to-end timely & accurate information flow across different processes and tools - ensuring healthy levels of Key Performance Indicators adhering to Ericsson’s Ethics & Compliance - successful delivery of telecom program & project to end customer/ Telcos (mainly Airtel, Vodafone & Reliance) Before Ericsson’s ongoing 14 years love, I was engaged at Reliance communication, Hutchison Essar (now Vodafone) & SIEMENS communication Ltd. (now Nokia) as well – starting my carrier journey as engineer in year 1995 – a year harassing the Mobile Telecom Revolution in India. I worked across various roles in this long journey as site engineer, product manager, project manager maturing to lead big transformation teams in capacity of program manager & Program Director. Worth mentioning – I was honored with MD’s special contribution award from Reliance’s Chairman & MD for my deep contribution towards development & launch of the CDMA International Roaming platform.One phrase, which I often tell my kids (adult now 😊), "Whatever you do, do it with Passion". Three things comes to my mind related to work culture:- 1. Challenge the current process & tools setup – do not afraid to raise flag. Be ready for inevitable - change and transformation. 2. However, once aligned & agreed – always adhere to corporate Rules & Guidelines.3. Invest time in learning & developing intelligent ‘tools’ as same is bed rock for shaping high performance people & teams. In my personal life, I'm passionate about adventure sports, biking & hiking; I've peaked highest motor able pass in the world on my Royal Enfield in an amazing year-2022 , an enduring 9 day trip. Love doing things that people think are unachievable, but with mix of spirit and training, we can do!
