Collecting the requirements for the designing a better user experience product; knowing about the Personas, goals and concerns of the feature; jotting down the requirements through drawings on paper; creating wireframes based on these drawings; presenting before the product team and stakeholders for getting valuable feedback at the initial phase of work; modifying wireframes as per the feedback; and finally, converting these wireframes into high fidelity designs and creating a simulation using a prototype. Users go through this prototype and feel the interaction and flow of an actual product. At last but not the least, these designs get converted into HTML files using CSS, Bootstrap and Angular.

I was managing all images and UI development related work for the project CIMA. I used to distribute work among team mates as per their skill sets. My responsibility was to design and develop UI templates for the CIMA course. I had been managing a team of 6 Graphic designers in this project.I have been proficient in communicating with stakeholders like graphic designers, programmers, developers, QA team, managers, vendors and clients. I used to forward projects' standards to the Vendor team to get back appropriate media contents for the project. I had been working with HTML, CSS, Bootstrap, Jquery, Photoshop and Flash applications to design and develop user interfaces and templates for the project.

I got a chance to work with our one of the renowned client, Apollo Munich. In that project, our job was to replace English voice overs with Hindi narrations. We did it by re-synchronizing the scenes' contents with the new Hindi voice overs. We achieved successfully and delivered the project before time.Second project was given by PWC client. It was even more challenging to me because it was my first experience with "Articulate Storyline 2" and the delivery dates were too tight. Without proper training and knowledge, we started the project using Storyline 2. We learnt ourselves by reading out manuals and googling out few video-tutorials. As a team, we achieved the target and delivered the first phase of four courses on the scheduled time. Storyline 2 is a fantastic tool to create an e-learning course containing simulations, interactions, case studies and storytorials.

I managed how to work with multiple projects at the same time. I dealt with the prospective clients and tried to understand their requirements. I even mentored my team-mates at their needy time. I used to design and develop course UIs and websites.

My responsibility was to communicate with the stakeholders and to come up with solutions using ideas and creativity into the deliverable. I keep learning new technologies that help me to deliver projects loaded with latest tools. I continued with the conversion of Flash based interactions into HTML 5 based responsive User Interface designs. Tools used were HTML, HTML 5, CSS 2, CSS 3, jQuery, Javascript and Twitter Bootstrap. Also, I have designed and developed the company's website from scratch and made it live. I have designed some landing pages of few more websites. Later, I got a chance to work on a project of video production. My responsibility was to refine raw footage and then sync with the contents as per the given storyboards. Majorly, Adobe Premiere, After Effects, Soundbooth and Photoshop, were the tools used to create these video products.After that, I got a chance to work upon a project from Apollo Munich. It was an e-Learning course designed to provide training to their sales team on launching new product in the market. Adobe Flash and Photoshop were the tools used to design the user interface and Soundbooth was used to edit screen voice overs.

I had been working as a graphic designer in Kaplan India Pvt Ltd. I used to create Flash based interactions using Flash and Action Scripting. I had worked upon several big projects ranging from 3 months to 2 years. My responsibility was to deliver standard images, and Flash based interactions. Once, I got a chance to lead a team of graphic designers to set smooth delivery channel for the graphical requirements.

I used to create 2D and 3D graphics using Flash and 3D studio max. Then, these graphics or 3D models were being animated according to the story board provided by domain knowledge experts. At final stage, these animates were being compiled and rendered out into a movie clip.

I was working there as a 3D character animator.
