Researching to test and manufacture polymer, optical and silicon based semiconductors.Projects: 1. Ellipsometry and Polarisation based thickness measurement of multiple layer electronic devices. 2. Control systems for sensor and actuator mechanisms (MEMS) involved in silicon based analog devices. 3. Distributed control system designs for factory floor automation, and data acquisition for semiconductor fabrication. 4. Development of water purification systems for ultra pure water involved in semiconductor manufacturing.

Projects: 1. Nanoscale thickness monitoring device for polymer, metal and perovskite based solar cells with measurement range from 50nm to 1um with ultralow noise components.2. Development of a spin coater implementing FOC and Trapezoidal control on Permanent magnet synchronous motors (PMSMs) to manufacture polymer based solar cells using industrial grade controllers and drivers.3. Research and development of multiple gas and chemical sensors such as Hydrogen, Carbon Dioxide and Aldehydes by using monochromatic light and electrolyte-based devices.4. Developing USB C based power delivery system capable of delivering up to 240W of power for laboratory equipment.

1. Performed a complete RTL-GDSII ASIC flow for an 8-bit counter using Cadence Genus, Innovus and PVS. 2. Worked on Synthesis-GDSII ASIC flow with focus on PD flow for an open source 32-bit RISC V core written in Verilog using the Cadence toolset.3. Documented and presented use cases and advantages of the open source RISC V core while understanding the PD flow.
