As the Chief Operating Officer at Lynx Analytics, a fast-growing AI company, I am responsible for the group's profitability, growth, and success across Southeast Asia, Europe, and the USA. In my current role, I leverage my skills in new business development, strategy, and product management to drive sales, client satisfaction, and operational efficiency. I have successfully grown the company's revenue and market share and have overseen the development and launch of several new products and features that enhance the user experience and functionality of our AI platform. Before joining Lynx Analytics, I was the Global Head of App and Digital at Vodafone, where I led the digital transformation of the group across 21 countries through the My Vodafone App, which was covered in the Vodafone Group Annual Report. At Barclays, I was responsible for Mobile Banking bringing digital-first financial products to consumers and driving engagement.I also serve as the Alumni President for INSEAD in the USA and have served as a Non-Executive Board Member at Digital Advisory.
