This aims to enhance actionability, manage team disagreements in instances of outliers or edge case scenarios, supporting team members by overseeing their performance and minimize escalations from Delivery Associates & Station teams, all while ensuring compliance with Service Level Agreements (SLAs) without compromising quality.
