• Working with Prime Vendors/Tier-1 Vendors, Direct Clients and Implementation Partners, establishing relationship to develop the business.• Owned full-life cycle recruiting, analyzing and understanding the client manpower requirements to proactively source and place active and passive IT candidates with clients for contract, contract-to-hire, and FT/Permanent positions within industries such as Information Technology, Management Payroll Management Services, Banking & Financial Services.• Confer with Account Manager to identify recruiting needs, review and clarify job description, job specification, competencies and skills required to ensure quality sourcing and recruiting.• Develop and implemented effective recruiting plans and strategies like internet sourcing and research, job portals, Internal Portals and databases.• Coordinating the short-listed candidates for the interviews with the clients, salary/rate negotiations and closing of final deals.• Format resumes meeting client expectations.• Clients actively recruited for- ADP, Wyndham Worldwide, EMC, TCS, NESS, Perficient, etc.

• US IT recruitment Process• Experience of SDLC and full US IT recruitment Cycle.• Exposure on US Tax Terms (W2 (Salaried and hourly), 1099 and C2C (Corp-2-Corp)).• Experience of Visas (H1B, OPT, CPT, EAD, Green Card, US Citizen, TN/Mexican).• Good experience of sourcing consultants on various job Portals (Dice, Monster, Carrier Builder) using Boolean String.• Actively working on Social Networking sites from last couple of years (LinkedIn, Facebook, Twitter)
