Taking lead on the ESG agenda of one of India’s fastest-growing financial institutions. - Through my role, striving to build a culture of sustainability and explore ESG-centric opportunities for the Bank, while proactively aligning to regulatory requirements. - Entrusted with overall responsibility for ESG strategy, sustainability programmes, sustainable finance, policy and system implementation, and communications.- Ensuring tech integration and ESG decision making through data- Spearheading the Bank’s climate action through GHG emissions baselining, and charting a Net Zero pathway- Responsible for ensuring best-in-class corporate reporting through various frameworks such as BRSR, IFRS Sustainability, GRI, Integrated Reporting, SASB and others.- Responsible for ESG Ratings submissions and improvement across S&P (DJSI), CDP, MSCI, FTSE4Good, CRISIL etc.- Conceived and integrating all ESG efforts under the umbrella of FIRST ENSURE, the Bank’s ESG identity; and serving as its custodian.- Monitoring and managing ESG goals and targets of the Bank.- Management of Team, Budget and overall function administration.

Responsible for consulting on ESG strategy, Integrated Reporting and Sustainability Communications for AICL’s key clientele, with my team.Inducted into the organisational leadership team, my role would be to take forward AICL’s purpose, and help in realising the Company’s long-term vision. Through this role, my key focus areas will be furthering AICL’s overall depth and width in the non-financial reporting space, heading the training vertical, conceptualising thought leadership, enhancing its brand, and leading the collaboration with bodies such as the Value Reporting Foundation.Also responsible for strategy, research and content for #IndiaAdoptsIR publication, which extensively reviews quality and trends of IRs published in India, based on a proprietary (built by self) analysis model.

Handles dual responsibility of end-to-end content management (research, consulting, copywriting and editing) and client servicing/account management for India Inc’s marquee brands. Working with a highly motivated and creative team at AICL, I drive content and project management across key revenue-driver projects - annual reports, corporate presentations, integrated and sustainability reports, investor decks and other brand communications. My core proficiency lies in sustainability, content strategy and corporate storytelling, while managing communications for multiple stakeholders. Some of the key brands & accounts I manage - Hindustan Unilever Limited, Reliance Industries Limited, ICICI Bank Limited, Piramal Enterprises Limited, Vedanta Limited, JSW Steel, Godrej Consumer Products Limited, DMart, Future Lifestyle, Motilal Oswal and Prestige Group, among others.

Functioning out of AICL's Mumbai office, I help create structured, yet creative business content for conglomerates and blue-chip firms, among others. Content creation, business model analysis, and clear-cut corporate communications are the primary responsibilities.

Worked with Hubhopper on a freelance basis to bring out striking, seven-second readable content. Starting out as a writer, soon vested with the management of content channels of ANI and WION.

Campus selected into one of India's top three private banks. The profile included relationship management with a major portfolio of B2B customers (client-facing), new business development, client servicing, sales of transaction banking products and trade forex. Served in the largest branch of Axis Bank Ltd., Fort Mumbai.

Project: Study of Sustainability Of Current Rural Housing Finance Model of MRHFL (Mahindra Rural Housing Finance Limited).Branch Based Responsibilities: Management of NPAs, Sales of the MRHFL loan offerings to potential rural target audience and generating leads. #Highlights of the stint: 1. Generated over 25 leads for future business.2. Helped clear legal documentation (Loan Agreements) due in my tenure - helping the branch achieve maximum efficiency in sales documentation in the state.3. Interviewed over 250 individuals spread over nine villages to gather insights and produce research value.

Project: Strategic Market Positioning and Financial Forecast of a Saudi-Chinese Joint Venture for setting up an oil rig in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia. #Highlights of the stint:1.
