Currently pursuing a PhD in Computer Science at the University of Swat, I specialize in CRISPR-Cas9 gene editing, focusing on sgRNA design using deep learning to predict off-target effects. I am also involved in AI chatbot development and bioinformatics research, notably CRISPR-based projects for cancer-related gene studies.As a data analyst , I apply my skills in Python, SQL, Excel, and MATLAB across a wide range of projects, combining theoretical knowledge with practical applications. My enthusiasm for continuous learning is reflected in my ability to adapt to new challenges, such as my current work on Big Mart sales prediction using FFN and XGBoost models.With over eight years of programming experience, I am proficient in tools like TensorFlow and Scikit-learn, contributing to projects in various domains including healthcare, education, and agriculture.
